It's the end of the world as we know it...Or so it seems...

Last night I had the strangest dream. I was in Mansfield, when a tornado, or more like 3 ripped through the town, not causing much damage but being uncommon, nigh impossible for it to happen here it was strange...Then the entire town began to flood. Me and my girlfriend were running through one of the streets adjacent to the Palace Theatre, which looked as if it were about to collapse, when a wave of water came towards us. So really it was similar to that film, 'The Day After Tomorrow', but set here, in Costa Del Mansfield.

But it was just a dream, nothing more than a detailed walkthrough of my imagination. However looking at the people round here lately, anyone would think the world was going to end pretty soon. Last time I went to Morissons the town was going Ape, with people scrambling for the essentials, Milk and Bread. In fact, when I went, there was no Milk, or Bread in stock, it was insane. It's remarkable really. A small amount of frozen water settles on the ground, or makes things a slight bit more difficult, and then everyone runs around, grabbing essentials like they're going out of fashion.

It seems like our legacy one day will be; "The British, Winner of two World Wars, Conqueror of half the globe, captains of pioneering industry, overcome by snow." Sometimes, you have to wonder who won the World Wars, really.
